Charles “Chuck” Maynard brings 30+ years of mortgage, real estate and project development experience to the HSMD team. An overview of his projects is listed below:

1986 – 1992

Vice president of real estate for Markborough Communities. Involved with the acquisition, planning, permitting, developing and selling of Hunter’s Green, a 2,000 acre planned unit development located in Northwest Tampa.

1992 – 1997

Director of marketing and sales for Cheval Polo and Golf Club. Hired by Gota Bank of Stockholm, Sweden to work out their loan at Cheval Polo and Golf Club. Cheval Polo and Golf Club is a 36 hole golf course community located in Northeast Tampa.

1997 – 1999

Owned and developed a 73 lot subdivision in Cheval (Bordeaux) and liquidated all the other assets acquired from Got Bak in 1997 with partner James Stackpoole.

1999 – 2005

Developed limited liability partnerships with Charles “Bing” Kearney, Tracey Harris, James Stackpoole, Todd Taylor and John Greer to acquire large parcels of land in Hillsborough, Pasco, Citrus and Hernando Counties in Central Florida.

2005 – Present

Currently involved in additional 19 parcels of real estate in various stages of development.
